Shipping policy

1. Dispatch

All orders are dispatched from our UK workshop, typically on the same or next working day after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

2. UK Shipping

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 (First Class). This is a next-working-day service in most cases, though Royal Mail do not guarantee this timeframe. You will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

3. International Shipping

We ship internationally via the eBay Global Shipping Program. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

• Europe: 5–7 working days
• USA & Canada: 6–10 working days
• Rest of World: 7–14 working days

These are estimates based on experience and are not guaranteed, particularly around Christmas, New Year, and public holidays.

4. Import Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may apply upon delivery. These charges are outside our control and vary by country. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering if you are unsure.

Note: As our workflow is through eBay, these taxes and duties will be collected by eBay upon purchase, so there will be no extra duties and taxes on delivery.

5. Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. Cameras and lenses are wrapped and boxed with appropriate protective materials.

6. Tracking

A tracking reference will be provided for all orders. You can track your parcel via your eBay app. .

7. Lost or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
