2. Warranty Coverage by Condition

 

  • "Refurbished on eBay" Items – 12-Month Warranty: These items include a full 12-month mechanical and electronic warranty from the date of purchase. This covers faults developing through normal use (e.g., sensor issues, shutter malfunctions, screen failures). It excludes accidental damage (drops, liquid spills), cosmetic wear, batteries or third-party repairs.
  • "Used" Items – 30-Day Guarantee: Items marked purely as "Used" are thoroughly cleaned, tested and fully functional upon arrival, covered completely by our 30-day return policy and the eBay Money Back Guarantee. They do not extend into the 12-month refurbished warranty period.

 

3. How to Return Your Item

 

  1. Go to your Purchase History in your eBay account.
  2. Find your order and select Return this item.
  3. Choose your reason for return and download your free shipping label immediately.
  4. Securely pack the camera, lens, or accessory in its original protective packaging, ensuring all included accessories (batteries, chargers, caps, straps) are inside.
  5. Drop the package off at the designated courier location.

 

4. Refunds and Processing
